When can I expect my tracking number to update?
Once you've received your confirmation email, you will receive a tracking email, once information has been updated by the shipping handler. Please make certain that in the event you do not see your email in your primary inbox, that you check your spam folder. Do I have the option to make changes to my order?
Due to ensuring a fast processing/delivery timeframe, all orders are processed daily, therefore orders are unable to be altered in any way once your order has been placed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are no longer responsible for potential issues that may occur with lost, held and/or stolen packages.Ownership of a package transfers immediately to the buyer upon confirmation of order being placed, and package being received by USPS. If you have provided an incorrect address at the time of purchase and your order has already been shipped, we are not held responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the package, due to customer mistake. Any issue with delivery, as the customer must be handled with USPS directly.
You will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. Shipping costs paid at the time of an order placed are non-refundable. If you are to receive a refund, a refund for the cost of shipping will not be included in your refund.
We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance on your returned item, or using a trackable shipping service for your returned item. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and would rather you be protected to avoid developing issues in processing your return.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales placed on abaddiesextensions.com are FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS. There will be no exchanges or refunds issued for any product purchased unless the product is deemed to be defective by the MERCHANT or applicable laws. If a product is defective, it must be shipping back to the merchant within 7 days of receiving the product. It must be returned with all tags and wrappings attached before any exchange and/or refund is issued. Product(s) must be completely unused and unaltered in order to be reimbursed.

WE OFFER PICK UP - SEE DETAILS
You can expect to receive a "Ready for Pickup" email once your order has been fulfilled and is ready. Once an order is ready, you will receive a direct pickup location, that will be located in Oxon Hill, Maryland.

Yes, all hair will be available on hand, however due to fluctuation of orders and order volume, and working schedule, please allow up to a 48-hour turnaround time for pickup orders to be fulfilled and ready for pickup.

In the event our available pick up time(s) do not align with your schedule please select our shipping option at the time of checkout for fastest delivery.

Due to our inventory guidelines, once your order is ready for pickup we will hold your order for approximately seven (7) days. In the event that you fail to pick up your order, you as the customer will be responsible for a $10.00 shipping invoice, to receive your order.
